As fast as the unlocked wheels of time can turn our life goes by. When I was around 15 years old I thought if I had my drivers license I would be free. When I turned 16 and passed the test to receive my license, it seems when I woke up the next day I was 35 years old. Where does the time go? It goes by. When you look at it, our Lord lived on this Earth about 33 years but, he made the most of the time that he had. A short life span in human form, but he changed the world, and millions of people in it. One writer said our life was like a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. It seems that the older one becomes the faster time goes by, but that is not true for and hour is still an hour, and a second is still a second. I believe it is that we become so busy with living that we forget to breathe, and enjoy the moments. Life is a gift from God, whatever the length, it is still a gift, from our creator. If you invest enough time with him then you will see what is important in life. For Jesus it was sowing into the lives of others. I think we would be wise to follow his example. Our time is in his hands, and he can be trusted to help us make the most of what we have, don't you think?
